At Glow & Give by Julia, we take pride in our handcrafted products and strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our items, specific terms apply to returns and refunds.
1. Returns Policy
Non-Returnable Products:
Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our candles, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The issue is reported within 12 hours of delivery.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is provided.
Exclusions:
Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow candle care instructions are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Refund Policy
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at glowgivebyjulia@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery, providing:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue and packaging
Upon verification, we will:
Offer a replacement (if available), or
Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 12 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent or provide a refund.
Processing Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 48 working hours. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 5-7 working days to appear in your account.
3. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, faulty, or incorrect items).
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you require a different product, you will need to place a new order.
