At Glow & Give by Julia, we aim to ensure your orders are processed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as your delivery location.
We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Details of any such promotions will be displayed on our website.
3. Processing Times
Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days of payment confirmation.
Custom or Large Orders: These may require additional processing time. We will notify you if this applies.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing the next working day.
4. Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days
Express Shipping: 1-2 working days (if available)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location or external factors such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. Glow & Give by Julia is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realise there is an error with your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at glowgivebyjulia@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been dispatched.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at glowgivebyjulia@gmail.com with your order number. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.
For lost parcels:
We will provide a replacement or refund after confirming the parcel's status with the courier.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 12 hours of delivery at glowgivebyjulia@gmail.com with:

Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
8. Public Holidays
Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods or public holidays. Any specific delays will be communicated on our website.
